Delivery Process

The products are delivered to the address you specify when ordering. You will receive an e-mail notice of shipment of your order informing you of modalities for its delivery (delivery address, parcel number).

Delivery is achieved through the provision of the package to the address specified by the customer on the date indicated by the control system of the Post Office.

Free Shipping

For deliveries in France, costs are offered for orders above 60 euros TTC.

Deadline and delivery arrangements *

Deliveries are made through the post office within an average of 8 to 3 business days of your order.

However delivery times higher may be indicated, time you will be provided during the ordering process. An email will inform you of a possible delay in delivery.

Delayed delivery, loss of a package *

The Company Chiropo decline all responsability in case of delay in delivery or loss of a package, as well as in regard to the consequences of a delay in delivery or loss of parcels.

Any order that is not sent by Chiropo within thirty (30) days after an order is cancelled and refunded, unless stated announced at the receipt of the order.

In case of partial delivery, the right to reimbursement covers only products not delivered within a command.

Lack of receipt of the packages delivered by post *

If the client is absent on delivery, the package is deposited at the office of the Post closest to his home, where he can withdraw within fifteen (15) days upon submission of the notice of passage filed by the Post Office in his mailbox. At the end of that period, the Post Office each package we returned unclaimed.

If a package is so we returned for a reason such as "unclaimed" or "does not reside at the address given, we inform you by email you saying that you réexpédierons your package after payment of the fees.

A message will tell you the procedure for paying the postage. If you do not pay the return freight, or if you are still not claiming that the package will have been returned again after payment of such fees and that the package we returned a second time by post, it will be stored in our warehouses for six (6) months. At the expiration of that period, we reserve the right to destroy the items stored together, without notice or warning. This destruction not establish any entitlement to a refund, exchange or compensation.

Produced damaged during shipping *

In case of problems during the delivery, especially deterioration of the product, you must notify this difficulty by the Post AR letter within forty-eight (48) hours after the delivery of the package.
