Satisfied or reimboursement :

We hope that our products will bring you entire satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied, you have the choice of requesting a refund of the order. The modalities are shown on paragraph 5.

Delivery time and availibity of products :

The delivery depends on the ordered products. In practice, normal delivery time for a despatch is between 3 or 5 working days. Delivery of all orders is only guarantee within the limit of available stocks (working days, excluded Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays), and after confirmation of the order. Ordered products are delivered upon receipt of your payment either by cheque or by transfer.

After sales service guarantees :

All of our products are subjected to a legal quality guarantee. For any claims on one of our products, please contact directly our after sales service department.

Copyright :

CHIROPO is the producer and owner of all parts of the data composing the present site. In compliance with the provisions of French law N° 98536 of 1st July 1998. From this fact, it is forbidden notably to extract, re-use, store, reproduce, represent or conserve, directly or indirectly or any form of support, by any means, all or qualitavely part or qualitavely substantial parts of the contents of the data base shown on the site to which there is access.

1. Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions :

Once the customer has confirmed the order by fax or e-mail, then this will result in the full and bindings acceptance of the general sales conditions, which will be the only terms applicable to the contract.

2. Products :

The majority of sailed products by CHIROPO are available at our warehouse and produce on request. We endeavour to ensure the exactitude on the presented information.

3. Order :

Placing your order means acceptance of the agreement formal acknowledgment of product ordered by you, sent by CHIROPO. The customer is considered to have knowingly and unreservedly accepted the present sales terms and conditions. The validation of any order by phone, by fax, or Internet, implies the full acceptance, without any reserve, by the customer of the general terms of trade. The data recorded by CHIROPO makes the proof of the global transactions passed between CHIROPO and his customer. Information supplied by the customer during the ordering process engages the customer. In case of error in the shipping address indicated by the customer, CHIROPO cannot be responsible for not being able to deliver the goods.

4. Delivery :

After acknowledgment of order, CHIROPO delivers the goods in a reasonable delivery time. The carrier will deliver the good to the address mentioned by the customer. Payment made by Cash on Delivery; the customer has to settle directly the carrier the total amount mentioned on the order confirmation.

Outside mainland, and for France overseas territories, all costs and taxes are covered by the customer. All the orders ordered by the customer will only be for the personal use. All partial or complete resales are forbidden.

CHIROPO is not responsible of the non-payment of taxes for the foreign customers.

4.1 Shipment :

Your order will be shipped either by post, or by a carrier. It depends on weight, destination, and number of cases. If the customer is away, he will be informed by an acknowledgment of receipt. In case of unavailability of stock, an order can be delivered in several times.

4.2 Prices :

Once packed, the order is weighted, in doing so the customer pays the shipment calculated on weight, and shipping address. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

5. Retraction :

The customer shall have a period of 7 working days in which to return at his own expense any products failing to meet with his satisfaction. Only these products returned in their entirely, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect resale condition shall be accepted. CHIROPO shall make every effort to reimburse the customer within 5 to 30 days.

5.1 Retraction after despatch :

For all product returns, you have to obtain a retraction number. Please send your request by mail to contact@chiropo.com. Please note also that without these retraction number, your request will be not accepted. The product must be returned to CHIROPO.

6. Prices :

All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate for France and EEU countries. The price stated in the order confirmation form is the definitive price. The price includes the price of the product, handling charges, packaging and transportation costs.

All our prices are given in euros.

Delivery costs are not included in our prices.

7. Payment :

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation. Your order will be processed when your payment is received.

7.1 Payment process :

By credit card : Our partner PayPal guarantee through Paypal a complete secure on-line payment. These systems ensure full confidentiality of the information exchanged and protection of your bank coordinates, which are sent directly to banking organisation. Commands will be validated after the authorization of PayPal. In case of rejection from Paypal, the order will be automatically cancelled; the customer will be informed by e-mail. Moreover, CHIROPO is entitled to refuse all order if a dispute exists with the customer.

8. Retention of Property / of Ownership :

According to the law of 1st Mat 1980 N° 80336, the transfer of property of merchandise delivered to the buyer will take place after full settlement of the price agreed, and the collection of payment.

9. Disputes :

The present contract falls under French law. CHIROPO can’t be liable for any kind of damages, material, immaterial, or corporal, that arise as a result of the malfunctioning or misuse of commercial products. The same shall, in any case, be limited to the setting up of the order and we may not be held liable in the event of simply, errors or omissions, which may occur in spite of all precautions taken in presenting the products.

The parties shall agree to find an amicable solution before taking legal action. All claims should be addressed in writing to CHIROPO. They will be examined and dealt with as quickly as possible. In the event of a dispute, our customer services division is at your disposal with the aim of reaching the fairest amicable settlement.

Failing this, the tribunal of the head office of Versailles shall be the only court with jurisdiction to rule on such disputes, regardless of the place of delivery or accepted method of payment.

10. Guarantees :

In accordance with the Article 1625, the customer can take advantage of the legal guarantee against hidden defects. For this, he has to produce proof of the hidden defect. The seller must legally take appropriate action (In accordance with the article N° 1641). If the buyer takes legal action, he has to do it shortly, as soon as he has discovered the hidden defect (In accordance with the article N° 1648).

  • Professional or commercial use
  • Damages for bad weather, storms, water damage

CHIROPO can’t be liable for the non-respect of the rules in the reception country. The liability of CHIROPO is strictly limited to the value of the product, value taken into account at the date of the sale. The customer can’t have claim whatever on CHIROPO or the brand.
